Bus transportation for students who live in Casa Grande, Arizona City, Eloy, and Toltec — three buses plus one activity bus serving school, CAVIT Sessions 1 and 3, field trips, and away games.
Changes for the Week of 9/14-9/18
[Mon 9/14] - The P3 Central/CAVIT riders will ride on the North Bus. There will be no P3 North Route. P4 Central riders will be on the North and South buses like on a Friday

Ultimately, it is the parents’ responsibility to get their students to and from school. Even with our limited resources, we try to provide as much transportation as reliably as possible, but this is not always the case when buses break down or drivers get sick. Parents need to have a backup plan to get their students to and from school on occasion. When there are adjustments to the routes, we send an email notification through the Cariina app, announce it in school, and update this page; please check all of these frequently.

The Cariina-Parent App
Download it, log in with your email and password, and you can see if your student is on the bus, follow the bus with map tracking, get instant messages about canceled or late runs, and submit attendance changes.
Student Not Riding AM
Submit by 5:00 am any day your student won’t ride the morning bus. Many stops have only 1–2 riders, so this lets the driver run an efficient route.
Different Drop Off / Pickup
Need a different stop? Register a “Different Drop Off” or “Different Bus Stop Pickup” request before the route starts — after that, the driver can’t see it.
Guest Riders
Not a usual rider but need the bus in an emergency? Sign up as an AM or PM Guest Rider and pick the stop closest to your house on the right route: AM = morning, P3 = after 3rd period, P4 = after 4th period.
MHP Bus Rules
ALL MHP school rules, policies, and procedures apply while riding the bus, including:
- Show your Student ID when getting on/off the bus
- Only get on/off at your assigned stop (unless your parent submitted a Cariina request)
- A green “MHP P4 Bus Pass” is required to ride the P4 Bus
- Respect the driver, other passengers, and their property
- Follow all directions; seats may be assigned by the driver
- Keep all parts of the body inside the bus and out of the aisleways
- Talk quietly and keep your hands to yourself — absolutely NO FIGHTING
- No profanity or obscene gestures
- No eating, gum, or drinking (except water)
- No littering or destruction of the bus — students are responsible for damage they cause
- Nothing is to be thrown outside of the bus
- No balloons or skateboards; bats must be in a fully enclosed bag
- Remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop
- Headphones/earbuds off when getting on/off the bus
*If a student does not ride the bus for 5 consecutive days, they risk losing bus privileges and their stop may be removed from the route. *The administrative team reserves the right to deny bus privileges to any student.
AM Stops
Be at your stop 10 minutes early — if the bus arrives within that window it will not wait until the listed time. Use the Cariina map tracker to follow the bus. Stops current as of 8/23/25.

PM Stops
Times aren’t listed for PM routes — they depend on who rides home each day. Two PM routes run: the P3 Bus leaves after 3rd period (Mon–Thu 1:55 pm, Fri 12:55 pm) and the P4 Bus leaves after 4th period (Mon–Thu 3:30 pm, Fri 2:10 pm). P4 riders need the green P4 Bus Pass from their 4th-period teacher; students not supervised on campus may not ride the P4 bus. Make sure your student knows the name of their stop.

Restrictions & Alternate Buses
The Central Bus also serves CAVIT, and Fridays run shorter periods — so some stops shift between routes.
- North/South buses, Mon–Fri (P3): stops marked [P4 Only] are only available on the P4 route — the bus can’t make it back in time otherwise
- Central Bus, Friday (P4): [P4 Fri Only] stops ride home on the South or North Bus — the Central bus takes no riders home Friday because it’s returning from CAVIT; CAVIT riders need alternate transportation home Friday afternoon
- Central Bus, Mon–Thu (P4): [Mon–Thu P4 Only] stops are only available Mon–Thu on the P4 route; on Friday they’re on the South P4 Bus

Assigned Stops
All students must get on/off the bus at their assigned stop ONLY. If you miss your bus in the morning, you are not allowed to follow the bus or drive ahead to the next stop and board there. Weekly route changes are announced in the Cariina app — check it regularly.
